Wedding Photography

If you’re reading this section I suppose congratulations are in order! So Congratulations and good luck with all the planning and preparations, it is a very exciting time for you and your family!

As a Nottingham wedding photographer, I believe that selecting the right artist to document your wedding day is one of the biggest decisions you will ever have to make. After all, the implications of your final decision will be with you for the rest of your life and you only get the one chance to make it right.… arrghh pressure 🙂 I cant sit here and tell your how to make that decision, but what I can say is if you find a photographer who’s work you love, prices are on budget and is comfortable to be around, book him and BOOK him FAST. My philosophy is simple: provide the best possible imagery and service for my clients.

Who doesn’t love a good wedding? It’s such a happy family occasion and I always feel privileged to document a day that will be remembered for a lifetime and more. I work in an unobtrusive manner, I don’t need or want to control any part of your wedding day. You have spent many hours, days even years planning this special day in your families life, you know what you would like your day to be so it’s my job to get you some fantastic images so you can remember it for the rest of your lives. That said I have a wealth of experience and so I can help and guide you if you are unsure about any factor of your day. I will never take 1-2 hours to shoot your group shots, I personally think there is nothing worse than having your guests standing around in a queue waiting for Uncle Jimmy to emerge from the bar. I work quickly and effectively, I don’t spend an age posing them to get the “perfect” shot, I get your friends and family into their groups, have a laugh and get them out then move straight onto the next group. Nobody likes a pushy photographer at a wedding but I am able to gain control of a large group of people without the need for endless shouting and screaming at your guests. Having a laugh always commands respect and it’s also not a bad way to start your future lives together.
